Prima Forma. Terms of service

Prima Forma · Business ID: 3555625-2

These terms apply to all coaching services provided by Prima Forma. By purchasing coaching, the customer accepts these terms.

  1. 1. Content of the service

Coaching may include, for example, a training program, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, feedback, messaging support and other services specifically included in the coaching. The exact content of the coaching is determined by the service purchased.

  2. 2. Nature of the coaching

The coaching, training programs, nutrition guidance and other instruction are intended for informational and coaching purposes. They are not medical advice, treatment or diagnosis. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their state of health allows them to train and to follow the diet. Where necessary, the customer must confirm this with a healthcare professional before starting the coaching.

  3. 3. Liability and acceptance of risk

The customer understands that exercise, training and dietary changes involve risks, such as injuries, overuse injuries, illness or other physical or mental strain. The customer takes part in the coaching at their own risk. Prima Forma is not liable for damage arising from the customer's training, from following the nutrition guidance or from applying the instructions.

  4. 4. The customer's responsibility

The customer undertakes to give truthful information that is relevant to the coaching and to report any illnesses, injuries, medication or other factors that may affect how the coaching is carried out.

Results depend on, among other things, the customer's own commitment, starting level, state of health, life situation and consistency. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

  5. 5. Customers under 18

Coaching a customer under 18 years of age requires the guardian's consent before the coaching begins.

  6. 6. Prices and payment

The price of the coaching is determined by the service agreed at the time of purchase. Payment may be charged as a single payment or as recurring billing.

The customer undertakes to pay the agreed payments for the whole of the agreed contract period.

The service provider has the right to suspend the service immediately if the customer does not pay the monthly payments as agreed. Suspending the service does not terminate the contract. The service can be reactivated once the overdue invoices are paid or a payment arrangement for them is agreed with the service provider.

If overdue payments are not paid and no payment arrangement is agreed, the invoices are transferred to a third party for collection.

  7. 7. Fixed-term coaching

If the coaching has been purchased for a fixed term, the customer is committed for the whole of that term. A fixed-term contract cannot be ended during the contract period.

  8. 8. Termination of open-ended coaching

In open-ended coaching the notice period is one (1) month, following the billing period.

Termination takes effect from the beginning of the next billing period, and the coaching and billing continue for the duration of that notice period.

    Example:

If the customer's new billing period begins on 15 May and the customer gives notice on 10 May, the termination applies to the next billing period that begins. The coaching and billing then continue for the period 15 May-14 June, and the contract ends on 14 June.

  9. 9. Cancellations and refunds

Payments that have been made are not refunded.

The customer understands that planning the coaching, building the programs, preparing the nutrition guidance and other preparation may begin immediately after purchase. For this reason any right of cancellation may end once performance of the service has begun with the customer's consent.

  10. 10. Communication and delivery

The coaching is delivered primarily through the agreed channel. The customer is responsible for following the messages, providing the required information on time and taking an active part in the coaching.

If the customer does not provide the required information, reports or replies on time, Prima Forma is not responsible for any resulting delay in the progress of the coaching.

  11. 11. Personal data

Prima Forma may collect from the customer the information needed to carry out the coaching, such as name, email address, telephone number, billing details and background information related to delivering the coaching.

The information is used for managing the customer relationship, processing payments, delivering the coaching and developing the service. The information is handled confidentially and is not disclosed to outside parties without a legal basis.

  12. 12. Changes to the terms

Prima Forma has the right to update these terms. The most recent terms are published on the website or provided to the customer in another suitable way.
