This privacy policy explains how Prima Forma handles personal data in connection with the coaching service and this website.

Prima Forma (Business ID 3555625-2) is responsible for the personal data collected on this site and in connection with the coaching service.

2. Data collected
Prima Forma may collect information needed to carry out the coaching, such as name, email address, phone number, billing details and background information related to delivering the coaching.
Applying for coaching also collects the application form's data: goal, age range and an optional description of your biggest challenge.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The information is used for managing the customer relationship, processing payments, delivering the coaching and developing the service.
The legal basis is performance of the coaching contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one. If site analytics or marketing are added later, the basis will be consent, and this policy will be updated.
4. Retention period
Personal data is kept for as long as the customer relationship lasts, and billing information afterward for as long as Finnish accounting law requires.
5. Disclosure of data
The information is handled confidentially and is not disclosed to outside parties without a legal basis.
Application form details are stored in Trello (Atlassian), where Prima Forma handles applications.
6. Cookies
This site does not currently use tracking or marketing cookies.
If visitor analytics are added, this will be announced separately and this section updated.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the data held about you, request correction or deletion of inaccurate data, restrict or object to processing, and request that your data be transferred to another system where applicable.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman if you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully.
